Malez International (MI) is an online community for same sex loving men to interact, meet new people and have fun in a safe, digital environment. Studies show that a third of the lgbt community has seen coming out as a negative process and a fifth experiencing homophobia at least once a day which is why groups like MI are so important. From issues affecting the lgbt community at large to resources that could help each other, MI strives to be a positive enhancement to the community as a whole.

Started by the late Craig Gibson who recently passed unexpectedly, the Malez International team has vowed to not only continue his legacy by keeping his project alive but to expand it. They’ll be expanding on other social media networks as well. There is a lot of talent out there and we would also like to highlight LGBT artists, creatives, directors and allow a platform for those in the community who may otherwise not have one. There are gay musicians, actors, etc. in the group that could benefit from MI's expanded reach as well as helping connect others with similar opportunities.

And we can't forget about one of the best parts which is the eye candy in the group. With many of it coming from group members, a good amount of them come from The celebrity news and entertainment site features models, with a focus on finding new undiscovered talent, at times from MI, other times from Facebook groups other admins manage. And when tensions in the group grow thick, there's nothing that can clear the air better than a nice dose of eye candy. It's the great arbiter of peace. Abs solve everything.

Studies show that around 7% of the US population suffers from depression and 30% to 60% of the lgbt community suffering from it as well. With statistics like that, socialization among gays is imperative and with many not knowing of any place to start, MI serves as a community launching pad and positive atmosphere to do just that.
