Females from the coming generations readying to become pharmacists, nurses and doctors should consider these as their role models in the healthcare industry before starting their own career.

Life Balance and Work
The major challenge for women working in the healthcare sector is they caught between home and work. There are no doubts every working women face this challenge. Sometimes, when women have young kids, they have to shift their full-time work to part-time work just for the sake of family and children. We should support the women by providing them with support at the workplace and also at home like better working hours, creches etc.
More opportunities and Investments
We should support working women by providing them with more opportunities. We can invest in women by teaching them new technological skills in healthcare and medicine.
