Overall, 91% of customers said they would recommend Connect Derby
to other businesses looking for managed workspace in the city.

Commenting on the survey results, Ann Bhatti, head of Connect Derby, said:
“We’ve received very positive service ratings from our customers and would like to thank them for being fair in their assessment of our services. Providing us with this feedback will enable us to ensure they continue to receive the first-class levels of service they have come to expect.
“We are committed to continued improvement and based on the feedback provided, there are areas we can improve, so we will be working with our suppliers and internal council services to make improvements in a number of areas.
“This includes improving building maintenance, servicing and cleaning services. We will also be embarking on a programme to redecorate the communal spaces in the coming weeks,” added Ann.
The multi-million Connect Derby
project includes seven managed workspaces and provides SMEs, micro businesses and entrepreneurs with the high specification working environment, IT infrastructure and business support they need to act as a catalyst for expansion and growth.
