Just in time for the birthday of an American icon Vision Strike Coins would like to announce the Popeye
Anti-Communism flip coin. This product will make customers flip over two characters that they grew up
watching and reading in the comics. This coin has the infamous quality that customers have come to
expect from Vision Strike Coins and boasts a wonderful design of Popeye giving 2 thumbs up on the
front with his massive forearms that are so critical to the look of this character. He is depicted in his
famous sailor uniform with the words “That’s All I Can Stands I Can’t Stands No More” inscribed below
him. This was of course what Popeye would say right before he corrected a situation in his normally
violent but in some way loving nature.

And what would this amazing coin be without the image of his arch nemesis Bluto on the other side. Just as Bluto always represented what was wrong with the world, he is doing the same in this coin. Instructing citizens of the current curfew and letting them know its time for lights out. This is eluding to the restrictions many nations place under communism.

The rockets behind Bluto represent the events of the Cold War. This was the ultimate fight that never directly happened between the largest communist country at the time, and the world's largest economy and greatest military power. Very representative of what people are currently seeing happen between America and another large communist nation.

Challenge coins are a great way to show your appreciation for art and still keep within the traditions of the military. Customers can carry this around in their pocket as a conversation piece or put it directly into their collection on a wall somewhere. This design will shine in either place. The design can be appreciated by members of the Navy past and present as well as anyone who just enjoyed the comics and cartoons growing up as a kid.

You can get one of your own coins and celebrate Popeye's birthday in style at:
