Digital education:
Finally, the school has been started, however, in the history of education it's happening for first time schools will start but the classroom will be empty, we will not find anyone on the school ground, parents do not have to wake up early to make kids ready for school.
There is an N number of things that are going to change, and my question is how our students going to deal with it.

We being adults can understand the situation but what about small kids, it has been almost half a year they are being locked in the house.
The only hope was school, hoping that once school starts, they will be able to go out, meet friends play with them, but all hopes and dreams vanished. The government has declared that schools will start in August, but online, for the safety of students.

Digital classroom and student's:

The online education concept in our country is new, but we have no option as of now. moreover, we should say thanks to the internet we have online education options available.

But again, the question is still there, an online education replaces physical classroom education?? Well, my opinion will be, it can be used as a substitute but replacing it completely, not possible at all. In such a crisis’s situation, we can consider a temporary substitute. Though we use it as a temporary substitute, how impactful it is? Will students be able to concentrate on a computer or mobile screen for so long?

Will they miss that human touch? How a teacher can control online classes, make online classes more interesting, How teachers can be sure that everyone is listing? how they will punish students if required? ooh! The list of questions is endless. In such short notice nobody has any solution.but what about students, they are the ones who are going to suffer.

Digital education challenge is in rural India:

Digital education itself is new and taking it in rural India. yes, it is the biggest challenge, need a good internet connection, smartphone, good network, and the most important, electricity. Many villages in our country do not have electricity yet.
So how could we expect that digital education can reach every student in our country?
already students from rural India are struggling to get quality education on top of that this digital classroom, making things more worse for them.

Students behavior towards a digital classroom :

Nowadays while kids attending zoom class or google meet, it is difficult for them to concentrate on screen for so long because they are not used to it. While they are attending class, many things happening around them. All the household activities, N number of distractions would be there. I can guarantee you 90% of students cannot keep themselves steady, which is not their fault either. How could you control social media notifications in virtual lectures? To adapt to the current situation every student must be self-disciplined, responsible, and accountable.

Solution :
Being a teacher I feel the way scientist is working to find a vaccine, an educational expert has to find a solution as soon as possible.
otherwise, we end up generating a huge gap between rural students and metro city students.
To make digital education more impactful especially for primary school, virtual study, chapters in the form of stories, inventions, and in form of animation, etc.

So, it can hold students and make them understand things easily. Education should become their favorite activity rather than compulsion, for which we must take our educational standards to the next level. There are plenty of things that need to be changed, so far, we are only sending our kids to learn, nobody teaching them how to learn.
Every student's psychological tests should happen to understand his interest and IQ.
